Exchanges and Returns
At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want your experience with our products to be excellent. Therefore, we have created this policy clearly and transparently. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help!

All products purchased through our store may be returned and refunded within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt.

There is no need to provide any reason for the return.

Products to be returned must be in perfect condition, complete, with all their components, accessories and instruction manual and properly packaged in the original packaging, with the respective warranty seals and/or protective plastic and with no signs of actual use.

The costs associated with the exchange or return will be borne by the buyer, unless there has been an error on the part of ZukaCards.

To begin the return process, please email us at suporte@zukacards.com with the subject “REFUND…”.

After we receive your refund request and the corresponding product, we will need up to 15 business days to evaluate and process the refund using the same payment method you used. Alternatively, you can issue a refund voucher valid for 90 days, which you can use on your next purchase.

Cancellations can be requested before shipping, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This includes the non-refundable payment processing fee we charge when the initial transaction is made.
