Exchanges and Returns
At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want your experience with our products to be excellent. Therefore, we have drawn up this policy clearly and transparently. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help!
- All products purchased through our store can be returned and refunded within a maximum period of 14 days from their receipt.
- No reason needs to be given for the return.
- Returned products must be in perfect condition, complete, with all their components, accessories, and instruction manual, and properly packaged in the original packaging, with the respective warranty seals and/or protective plastics, and without signs of actual use.
- The costs associated with exchanges or returns will be borne by the buyer, unless there has been an error on the part of ZukaCards.
- To start the return process, send us an email to suporte@zukacards.com with the subject "REFUND…".
- After receiving the refund request and the respective product, we will need up to 15 business days to evaluate and process the refund using the same payment method you used, or if you prefer, a refund voucher will be issued, valid for 90 days, which you can use for a future purchase.
- Cancellations can be requested before shipping, but they are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
