What is ZukaCards?
We are an online store that works with official products and has a tax domicile in Portugal. We issue invoices — please request at the time of purchase in the Taxpayer field.
Does ZukaCards have a physical store?
No. We are a 100% online business.

Are the products original?
Yes. All products are 100% original, sealed, and acquired through official distributors.
Are the single cards authentic?
Yes. All single cards are manually verified before shipping.
In which languages are the cards available?
The language is always indicated in the product description.
How do you assess the condition of the cards?
We use a standard scale (NM, LP, MP, etc.), always indicated on the product.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to Mainland Portugal, Azores, Madeira, and the European Union.
What is the delivery time?
Mainland Portugal: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Do shipments have tracking?
Yes. All orders include a tracking number.
How are the cards packaged?
We use sleeves, top loaders, and reinforced packaging for maximum protection.
Is free shipping available?
Yes. We offer free shipping above a minimum value indicated on the website.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
MB Way, Multibanco, Credit Card, and PayPal.
Is payment secure?

Can I return a product?
Yes. We accept returns up to 14 days, in accordance with current legislation.
Can I return single cards?
Single cards can only be returned in case of error or damage during shipping.
