What is a product marked as pre-order?

  • Pre-ordering allows customers to secure the purchase of products that are not yet in stock but are expected to be released in the future. Payment is made at the time of purchase, and the product will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Delivery time:

  • The estimated shipping date will be communicated at the time of purchase or in the product description and may be subject to change. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be notified and can choose to keep the order or request a full refund.

Value adjustment:

  • Due to the Pokemon Company's current supply situation and high demand, pre-order products may be subject to price changes even after the order is placed. However, if this occurs, the customer will always be notified in advance and will have the option to cancel the order.

Please note that when adding a pre-order product to your cart, all other items will be shipped along with the pre-order item.

This means that if a pre-order item ships in one month, you will have to wait a month for all other items in your cart.

If you want non-pre-order items to ship immediately, please add them to a separate cart and checkout as a separate order.

Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
