At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want your experience with our products to be excellent.
Therefore, we have prepared this policy clearly and transparently. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help!
What is a product marked as pre-order?
- Pre-ordering allows customers to secure the purchase of products that are not yet in stock but have future release forecasts. Payment is made at the time of purchase, and the product will be shipped as soon as it is available.
Delivery time:
- The estimated shipping date will be communicated at the time of purchase or in the product description and may be subject to changes. In case of a significant delay, the customer will be notified and can choose to keep the order or request a full refund.
Price adjustment:
- Due to the current supply situation from the Pokémon Company and high demand, pre-order products may be subject to price changes even after the order has been placed. However, should this happen, the customer will always be notified in advance and will have the option to request order cancellation.
Please note, when adding a pre-order product to your cart, remember that all other items will be shipped together with the pre-order item.
This means that if a pre-order item is shipped a month from now, you will have to wait a month for all other items in the cart.
If you want non-pre-order items to be shipped immediately, add them to a separate cart and complete the purchase with a separate order.
Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially canceled.
