Delivery and Transportation

At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want your experience with our products to be excellent. Therefore, we have prepared this policy clearly and transparently. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help!

All our orders are shipped from Portugal and are securely packed and accompanied by a tracking code.

Delivery Times

  • The estimated delivery time varies according to the customer's location and the selected shipping method.
  • Deliveries in mainland Portugal generally take between 2 to 7 business days.
  • For the islands (Azores and Madeira) and other European Union countries, the period may be longer.

Shipping Costs

  • Currently, we strive to offer the best cost-benefit for shipping, with an affordable fixed price.
    However, due to several readjustments by CTT, it has become unfeasible to maintain current prices, making a price update necessary.
  • In some promotions or purchases above a certain value, free shipping may be offered (detailed on the offer page).

Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery status.
  • Responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier after dispatch, but our team is available to help in case of problems.

Delivery Zones

  • We deliver to mainland Portugal, Azores, and Madeira. For international shipments, please check the available destinations on the checkout page or contact us for more details.
  • We do not assume responsibility for lost orders/products through the foreseen shipping methods, nor for any delay during shipping caused by the carrier.
