Delivery and Transportation

At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want your experience with our products to be excellent. Therefore, we have created this policy clearly and transparently. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help!

All our orders are shipped from Portugal and are securely packaged and accompanied by a tracking code.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery time varies depending on customer location and shipping method selected.

  • Deliveries to mainland Portugal generally take between 2 and 7 business days.

  • For the islands (Azores and Madeira) and other European Union countries, the deadline may be longer.

Shipping Costs

  • We currently strive to offer the best value for money in shipping, with an affordable fixed price.
    However, due to several adjustments by CTT, it became unfeasible to maintain the current values, making it necessary to update the prices.

  • For some promotions or purchases above a certain amount, free shipping may be offered (detailed on the offer page).

Parcel Tracking

  • After shipping, the customer will receive a tracking code to track the delivery status.

  • Responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier after shipment, but our team is available to help if there are any issues.

Delivery Zones

  • We deliver to mainland Portugal, the Azores, and Madeira. For international shipping, see available destinations on the checkout page or contact us for more details.

We are not responsible for orders/products lost through the provided shipping methods, as well as any delay during shipping caused by the carrier.
